Twinkle Toes Terms of Service

By placing an order from Twinkle Toes, the customer agrees to the store policies, including the return, exchange, refund, shipping, and cancellation terms.

Twinkle Toes sells baby and kids’ essentials, including socks, underwear, bodywear, and other children’s basic wear products. Product colors, sizes, and packaging may appear slightly different depending on screen display, photography, or product batch.

Customers must make sure that the selected size, quantity, color, phone number, and delivery address are correct before confirming the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened packages cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses to receive the order or does not collect it from the courier, the shipping fees will be added to the customer’s next order.

Twinkle Toes reserves the right to update prices, products, offers, promo codes, and policies at any time. Promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates or specific usage conditions.
