Twinkle Toes Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Twinkle Toes, we care about the comfort, hygiene, and safety of every child. Because our products include baby and kids’ essentials, underwear, bodywear, socks, and similar personal items, all return and exchange requests are handled carefully for hygiene reasons.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, unopened, and still in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Opened packages cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was delivered.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: opened packages, used items, washed items, worn items, damaged items caused by customer use, items without original packaging, and any socks, underwear, or bodywear that has been opened.
If the customer wants to exchange an eligible product that is not opened, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees related to the exchange, including pickup and re-delivery fees. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, or if the customer received the wrong item, Twinkle Toes will be responsible for solving the issue. The customer may receive a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the customer does not want an exchange, Twinkle Toes may offer a promo code with the value of the paid order amount, including free shipping on the next order, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Payments are generally not refunded in cash or to the original payment method unless required by applicable law. In case of an accepted issue, Twinkle Toes may provide the customer with a promo code equal to the paid order amount, and the promo code will include free shipping on the next order.
Customers must check the outer condition of the package when receiving it from the courier. The shipment cannot be opened while being handed over by the courier. After receiving the order, if there is any issue, the customer must contact Twinkle Toes with the order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
If an order is shipped and the customer does not collect the package from the courier, refuses the package, or provides incorrect delivery details, the shipping fees will be added automatically to the customer’s next order.
