Twinkle Toes Shipping Policy
Twinkle Toes delivers orders through trusted courier companies. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier schedule, public holidays, and order volume.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct delivery information, including full name, phone number, address, area, city, and any extra details needed for the courier to reach the location.
Once the order is shipped, the courier will contact the customer for delivery. The customer must be available to receive the order. If the customer does not answer, refuses the package, or does not collect the shipment from the courier, the shipping fees will be added automatically to the customer’s next order.
The customer is allowed to check the outer package condition when receiving the shipment. However, the shipment cannot be opened while being handed over by the courier.
In case of a defective product or wrong item received, Twinkle Toes will handle the issue after reviewing the case, photos, and order details. If the issue is confirmed, Twinkle Toes will either exchange the product or provide a promo code with free shipping on the next order, except where another solution is required by applicable law.
For exchanges of eligible unopened products, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
